The Heart Behind Poppies and pretties

Rooted in her love for nature and inspired by her upbringing in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, Carol brings an artistic and deeply personal approach to floral design. With a background in art and design, she has a natural eye for balance, texture, and composition, creating arrangements that feel both elevated and organically beautiful. She values seasonal and locally sourced blooms whenever possible, thoughtfully incorporating the beauty of nature into every detail she designs.

Carol’s floral journey began by creating prom bouquets and boutonnieres for friends and family, and over time blossomed into a full creative business centered around weddings and special events. Today, she is known for designing florals that feel unique, intentional, and deeply reflective of each client’s story. Beyond florals, Carol also enjoys restoring furniture and reimagining spaces, bringing the same creativity, warmth, and artistic vision into everything she creates.
